Regardless of which certification you choose (or both), its important to be able to explain when and how far you will use Scrum concepts in actual operations or as a Scrum product owner. This means tailoring its application to meet the size of the project on hand. The whole idea is to find a tool that allows the project owner to deliver progressive results to an evolving complex problem, not to use a complex methodology to solve a static simple problem!
